Dr. Ahmad Abdul Hai is a renowned Surgeon, an Educationist and a Philanthropist.

Dr. Hai comes from a distinguished family of physicians and educationists and was Professor and Head of the Department of Surgery at Patna Medical College Hospital (PMNCH) and has guided more than 50 post-graduate students pursuing PH.D. He takes keen interest in scientific organizational work with more than 150 publications and presentations to his credit.
Dr. Hai has been rewarded with various awards including WHO Regional Directors Appreciation Award, Life Time Achievement Award and Life Time Achievement Award. He has been the Vice-President of the International College of Surgeons, member of the Governing Council of the Association of Surgeons of India, and Vice President of the Indian Chapter of Royal Collage of Surgeons of Edinburgh.
A noted philanthropist, Dr. Hai has been contributing to the society through his work and has held various roles of numerous bodies including that as Chairman of Red Cross Relief Committee and member of the Central Red Cross Managing Committee and Finance Committee. He is the founder Chairman of FLAME (Forum for Literacy Awareness & Muslim Education) and Advantage Care trust and also the President of Patna Literary Festival.

An author of several books, Prof. Chaulia is a regular columnist and commentator on Policy and International Issues. He hosts the fortnightly 'Indian Diplomacy' TV show on India's national broadcaster DD India.
Prof. Chaulia has worked as an international civilian peacekeeper for the Brussels-based NGO, Nonviolent Peace force, in the war zones of eastern Sri Lanka and the southern Philippines for over three years. He was a Contributing Editor serving on the Board of the Kashmir News Network (KNN), a rights advocacy organisation for minority victims of ethnic cleansing in the Indian territory of Jammu & Kashmir. He is an advocate for freedom and democracy and has written extensively about the problems of repression and human suffering under authoritarian regimes.
With more than nine hundred publications to his credit, Prof. Chaulia's writings have appeared in journals in the USA, UK, Australia, Canada and India, some of which are International Affairs; Seton Hall Journal of Diplomacy and International Relations; Journal of Refugee Studies, Journal of Humanitarian Assistance, International Politics, World Affairs, International Journal of Peace Studies, South Asia: Journal of South Asian Studies, Economic and Political Weekly, Contemporary South Asia Journal and India Quarterly.
He holds a Doctorate (Ph.D.) and a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Political Science and International Relations from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, Syracuse University, USA. He holds a Master of Science (MSc.) degree in History of International Relations at the London School of Economics and Political Science, UK.

Prof. Parthasarathi has been instrumental in conducting various research activities and projects involving cutting areas of science including nanotechnology, plasmonics, photonics, quantum dynamical systems and their applications. He has also delved into application of scientific techniques in the qualitative analysis of social media and print media to understand the underlying paradigms that influence the society at large.
He completed his Ph.D thesis in non Hermitian Hamiltonian systems which was one of the pioneering work done in the concerned subject involving foundational aspects of Quantum Theory.
Prof. Parthasarathi has also collaborated to explore various topics of current interest encompassing multiple research areas involving pedagogical studies, gender issues, philosophy etc. Their findings have been published in reputed national and international research journals and magazines. He is a regular columnists and social commentator. Prof. Parthasarathi has been conferred as Rosalind Fellow by London Press, London for his research accomplishments in the year 2021.
